SomeFlux helps users explore places, public signals, events, local context, and AI-generated location analysis through Spot Finder and related tools.

2. Accounts

You may browse as a guest, but some features require Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping provider access secure.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, bypass authentication, submit unlawful content, or use SomeFlux in a way that harms users, third parties, or the service.

4. AI Output and Location Decisions

AI analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on public sources with errors. Verify important findings before making business, financial, legal, real-estate, safety, or operational decisions.

5. Third-Party Sources

SomeFlux may display, summarize, or link to third-party maps, venues, events, incidents, public records, and data providers. Their information remains subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you allow SomeFlux to use that feedback to improve the service without obligation to you.

7. Termination

You may stop using SomeFlux or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, legal compliance, or serious Terms violations.
