This Privacy Policy describes how SomeFlux collects, uses, and shares personal information when you access or use the service.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, display name, avatar when provided, and a stable provider ID. We do not receive your password.

Guest browsing uses a limited anonymous visitor cookie so the product can keep basic continuity and reduce abuse. Map preferences may also be stored in your browser.

2. AI Analysis Data

When you run AI analysis, SomeFlux may process the selected place, radius, map context, public signals, and your analysis request. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use and Share Data

We use data to authenticate accounts, operate Spot Finder, generate AI analysis, improve reliability, respond to support, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Limited data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, map, data, and AI providers needed to run the service. AI providers process prompts and context under their own processing terms.

4. Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings. Security logs may be kept for a limited period where required for debugging, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information by contacting support@someflux.app.
